Magic Layer is a Passive Trait, Reduces special damage taken by 15% and increases special damage dealt by 10%.
Trivia
Magic Layer used to have a bug where your Coromon took more Special Attack damage received and deal less Special Attack to the target.
This was later fixed in the Patch note 1.1.0.3
