A Coupon Coat is an item that can be handed over to the shopkeeper at the Item Shop in Alavi in exchange for a Warm Coast. The shopkeeper informs you that the deal has been "outlawed" and tries to sell you a warm coat for 
50,000. Note that a regular coupon cannot be used to lessen the price of the warm coat!
If you choose the dialogue option criticizing the price of the warm coat the shopkeeper will task you with catching a Bloby and mentions Mount Muspel.
