Squidly is a Ghost Type Coromon. It evolves into Octotle at level 37 or when its spinner is dipped into the Witch's kettle.
Biology
Squidly is an octopus-like Coromon that is bound to a skull-shaped stone. It has a single eye, and three tentacles that wave and extend from an opening at the back of the skull.
